Tempered glass is made of high-quality
float glass. Glass is heated at approximate temperature of 7000C and cooled
rapidly. Glass is cooled by source of evenly cold air across the surface. High
speed cold air created tempered glass.
During cooling, the glass surface
in a state of high pressure and the central core is placed in tension.
Tempered glass is physically and
thermally stronger many times than ordinary glass with the same type and the
same thickness. After being heated, the tempered glass is capable of resistance
to impact, wind pressure, thermal resistance and high reliability than ordinary
glass.
